Description
New job vacancy as a Team Leader- Guest Service in Dubai. Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to lead our Guest Services team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional luggage handling and guest escort services, while maintaining the highest standards of service delivery and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Luggage Handling: Oversee efficient and timely luggage collection and delivery, meeting established service level agreements.
- Guest Escort: Accompany guests to their rooms as needed, ensuring a warm and welcoming arrival experience.
- Team Management: Cascade service standards to the bellman and doorman team, providing ongoing training and coaching to enhance performance.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring adherence to departmental housekeeping standards and safety protocols.
- Process Improvement: Implement and monitor procedures for luggage handling, storage, and retrieval, utilizing technology effectively to optimize operations.
- Guest Satisfaction: Prioritize guest satisfaction by ensuring the safekeeping of guest belongings and delivering exceptional service.
- Compliance: Collaborate with the Health & Safety Concierge Representative to maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Training & Development: Support the Concierge Management team in delivering mandatory training programs to the team.
