Guest Services Executive
New job vacancy as a Guest Services Executive in Dubai. Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is seeking a dynamic and guest-focused individual to join our Front Office team. As a Guest Services Executive, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Check-in/Check-out: Efficiently manage guest arrivals and departures, including pre-registration, check-in, check-out processes, and extended stay arrangements.
- Group Bookings: Oversee group reservations, ensuring adherence to Jumeirah brand standards and guest satisfaction.
- Guest Communication: Provide prompt and professional responses to guest inquiries via phone and email, adhering to established service standards.
- Revenue Generation: Accurately communicate room rates, packages, and additional services. Employ suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of hotel facilities, services, and promotions to effectively assist guests.
- Guest Relations: Deliver warm, personalized service to all guests, fostering a welcoming and memorable stay.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with bookings, inquiries, and special requests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Financial Transactions: Accurately process guest payments using cash, credit, or debit cards.
