Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Caretaker to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our property. The Caretaker will be responsible for a range of tasks including cleaning, repairs, landscaping, and general maintenance to ensure that the property remains in excellent condition at all times.

Responsibilities:
1. Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of all interior areas.
2. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas regularly.
3. Maintain outdoor areas including lawn care, gardening, snow removal, and trash collection.
4. Conduct minor repairs and maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and repairing minor damages to walls or furniture.
5. Monitor building systems and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
6. Perform regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
7. Ensure that all equipment and machinery are properly maintained and in good working condition.
8. Assist with the setup and cleanup of events or activities held on the property.
9. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and supplies.
10. Adhere to safety regulations and procedures at all times.
11. Provide assistance and support to residents or tenants as needed.
12. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with residents, tenants, and visitors.

Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
2. Proven experience working in a caretaker or similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and supplies.
4. Basic understanding of building maintenance and repair tasks.
5. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
8. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
9. Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
10. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required).
