Description
New job vacancy in Dubai as a caretaker. Accommodation, transportation, medical insurance and ticket allowance is provided by the company. We are seeking a responsible and compassionate Caretaker to join our team. The Caretaker will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and safety of individuals under their care, including elderly, disabled, or mentally challenged individuals. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and assistance to individuals in need, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
 - Monitor and administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
 - Assist with mobility, including transferring individuals from bed to wheelchair and vice versa.
 - Perform light housekeeping duties such as tidying up living spaces, doing laundry, and preparing meals.
 - Foster a supportive and respectful environment for individuals under care, promoting independence and autonomy whenever possible.
 - Maintain accurate records of care provided, including daily activities, medications administered, and any changes in condition.
 - Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, family members, and other caregivers to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
 - Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals under care, engaging in meaningful activities and conversation.
 - Monitor and report any signs of discomfort, distress, or changes in condition to appropriate personnel.
 - Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of individuals under care.
