Caretaker

New job vacancy in Dubai as a caretaker. Accommodation, transportation, medical insurance and ticket allowance is provided by the company. We are seeking a responsible and compassionate Caretaker to join our team. The Caretaker will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and safety of individuals under their care, including elderly, disabled, or mentally challenged individuals. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personalized care and assistance to individuals in need, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
2. Monitor and administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
3. Assist with mobility, including transferring individuals from bed to wheelchair and vice versa.
4. Perform light housekeeping duties such as tidying up living spaces, doing laundry, and preparing meals.
5. Foster a supportive and respectful environment for individuals under care, promoting independence and autonomy whenever possible.
6. Maintain accurate records of care provided, including daily activities, medications administered, and any changes in condition.
7. Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, family members, and other caregivers to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
8. Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals under care, engaging in meaningful activities and conversation.
9. Monitor and report any signs of discomfort, distress, or changes in condition to appropriate personnel.
10. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of individuals under care.
