Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Caregiver Nanny to join our family . The Caregiver Nanny will be responsible for providing attentive and personalized care for our children, ensuring their safety, happiness, and development. This role requires patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.

Responsibilities:
1. Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for the children.
2. Supervise and engage with the children in age-appropriate activities, including playtime, arts and crafts, and educational games.
3. Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks for the children.
4. Help with daily routines such as getting dressed, brushing teeth, and bedtime routines.
5. Change diapers, assist with toilet training, and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
6. Escort the children to and from school, extracurricular activities, appointments, and outings.
7. Monitor the children's health and well-being, administering medication or first aid as needed.
8. Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on the children's progress and any concerns.
9. Foster positive relationships and encourage social and emotional development.
10. Provide gentle discipline and guidance, promoting positive behavior and conflict resolution skills.
11. Perform light housekeeping tasks related to the children's care, such as tidying up toys and children's rooms, washing dishes used during childcare activities, and children's laundry.
12. Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of the family.
13. Adapt caregiving techniques to meet the individual needs and preferences of each child.
14. Stay current on best practices in childcare and early childhood development.

Requirements:
1. Previous experience working as a nanny, caregiver, or in a related childcare role.
2. Genuine love for children and a passion for providing high-quality care.
3. Certification in CPR and first aid (preferred).
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
6. Patience, flexibility, and adaptability in responding to the needs of children and the family.
7. Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in all situations.
8. Willingness to undergo a background check and provide references.
