About the Job:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Guest Services Executive - Concierge at Jumeirah Al Naseem. Here's what you'll be doing:

- Have friendly conversations with guests to understand their preferences and needs, providing a personalized experience.
- Be proactive in meeting all guest needs to ensure they have a great stay.
- Help guests with booking activities like sightseeing, shopping, and cultural experiences tailored to their interests.
- Arrange limousine transportation to give guests a luxurious travel experience.
- Respond quickly to guest requests, using good communication skills and coordinating with other departments when needed.
- Keep detailed records of guest requests and reservations to stay organized.
- Communicate effectively with management and colleagues about events and any challenges that arise.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

- At least 2 years of experience in Concierge, Guest Relations, or Front Office roles in a 5-star hotel.
- Previous work experience in Dubai.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Opera PMS, HotSoS, and Sevenrooms.
- Clear communication skills in English and proficiency in another language like Arabic, Chinese, or a European language.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and handle multiple tasks effectively.
