Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Warehouse Storekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in our warehouse. The Warehouse Storekeeper will ensure that inventory is properly managed, accurately recorded, and readily accessible to meet operational needs.

Responsibilities:
1. Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders or invoices.
2. Inspect received goods for damage or discrepancies and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
3. Properly store and organize inventory in designated locations within the warehouse.
4. Maintain accurate inventory records using manual or electronic systems.
5. Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
6. Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling items according to shipping requirements.
7. Coordinate with other departments to fulfill internal material requests in a timely manner.
8. Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy and identify discrepancies.
9. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
10. Operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently as required.
11. Assist with periodic cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
12. Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize inventory management processes.
13. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines at all times.
