New job vacancy at Jumeirah Al Qasr for a Guest Services Executive to join the esteemed team at Dubai. As a Guest Services Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive until their departure. Below are the main duties and responsibilities associated with this role:

  1. Warm Welcome and Registration: Extend a warm welcome to guests upon their arrival and efficiently complete the registration process. Provide guests with neatly arranged room keys in the designated welcome booklet, ensuring a smooth check-in experience.

  2. Payment Handling: Handle guest payments during check-in and check-out processes accurately. Ensure bills are settled correctly and in a timely manner.

  3. VIP Services: Deliver tailored check-in services for VIP guests, ensuring their specific needs and preferences are met to enhance their experience.

  4. Guest Profile Management: Maintain and update guest profiles and historical records meticulously, ensuring accurate and comprehensive guest information is readily available.

  5. Guest Assistance: Offer efficient assistance throughout guests' stays, catering to their various needs and requests promptly and effectively.

  6. Loyalty Program Enrollment: Enroll guests in the Jumeirah One Loyalty Membership Program to provide them with added benefits and enhance their overall experience.

  7. Room Sales: Effectively sell available rooms to walk-in guests, maximizing revenue at the highest possible rate while ensuring guest satisfaction.

  8. Operational Readiness: Maintain constant operational readiness and presence at the reception desk. Ensure the desk is well-stocked, organized, and adequately staffed at all times.

  9. Guest Privacy: Safeguard guest privacy by strictly adhering to security protocols and preventing the disclosure of any guest details to unauthorized individuals.

  10. Knowledge of Services and Facilities: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the hotel's services and facilities to provide guests with informed recommendations and assistance as needed.

  11. Punctuality and Appearance: Arrive punctually for shifts and adhere to appropriate uniform and grooming guidelines to maintain a professional appearance.

  12. Email Communication: Oversee the reception email inbox, ensuring efficient and timely communication in handling incoming inquiries and requests.
