Description

As a Security Guard with SIRA certification, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure and safe environment for our clients and their assets. Your primary responsibility is to enforce security measures, monitor premises, and respond to security incidents with a high level of professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Patrol and Monitoring:

    • Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to detect and deter unauthorized activities.
    • Monitor security surveillance systems and report any suspicious behavior or incidents.
  2. Access Control:

    • Ensure proper access control by verifying the identity of individuals and vehicles entering the premises.
    • Enforce entry and exit procedures in accordance with security protocols.
  3. Emergency Response:

    • Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or disturbances.
    • Take appropriate actions to mitigate security threats and escalate incidents as necessary.
  4. Report Writing:

    • Maintain detailed and accurate records of security-related activities, incidents, and observations.
    • Prepare incident reports and submit them in a timely manner.
  5. Customer Service:

    • Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients, employees, and visitors as needed.
    • Act as a visible deterrent to discourage inappropriate or unlawful behavior.
  6. Compliance:

    • Adhere to all company policies and procedures as well as SIRA regulations.
    • Stay informed about security best practices and participate in ongoing training.
