Deployment Specialist

• Manage the setup, repair, and deployment of laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and fax machines
• Conduct research and analysis to identify the company's IT equipment needs
• Provide technical support to employees for all IT equipment
• Reimage desktops and laptops on a regular basis
• Help maintain an organized inventory of all IT assets
