- Manage the setup, repair, and deployment of laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and fax machines
- Conduct research and analysis to identify the company's IT equipment needs
- Provide technical support to employees for all IT equipment
- Reimage desktops and laptops on a regular basis
- Help maintain an organized inventory of all IT assets
- Assist in the final testing of new products
