This full-time role is perfect for individuals with 1-2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality, who possess a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact, responsible for greeting guests with genuine warmth, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth flow between guests and service staff. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Hotel Management or any graduation, possess excellent English communication skills, and ideally speak additional languages to cater to a diverse clientele.
