New job vacancy as a Team Leader- Laundry in Dubai. Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to lead our Laundry team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of the laundry, ensuring the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Supervise the laundry team to ensure accurate sorting, counting, and recording of soiled linen and uniforms.
• Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of linen and uniform inventory, reconciling deliveries and returns, and identifying discrepancies.
• Quality Assurance: Enforce strict quality standards for all laundry items, including soft furnishings. Implement measures to address damage or stains.
• Linen Distribution: Manage the distribution of clean linen and uniforms to all departments, maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
• Operational Efficiency: Optimize laundry processes to ensure timely turnaround and efficient resource utilization.
