Waiter / Waitress

The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude to maintain customer satisfaction and uphold the restaurant’s service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers promptly in a friendly and professional manner.

• Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, ingredients, and specials.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.

• Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring correct orders and presentation.

• Check with customers to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or requests.

• Clear tables, reset them for the next guests, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.

• Process customer payments accurately (cash, card, or other methods).

• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.

• Assist in opening and closing duties (e.g., setting up tables, restocking supplies).

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the restaurant supervisor or manager.
