New job opening in hospitality sector for the position of waiter in our organization. Accommodation , Transportation and Food provided by the company. We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Waiters. Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service:

    • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.

    • Have a thorough understanding of the menu, including daily specials and beverage offerings.
    • Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
  3. Upselling:

    • Suggest additional items such as appetizers, desserts, or specialty drinks to enhance the guest experience.
    • Upsell promotional items or daily specials.
  4. Order Accuracy:

    • Double-check orders before serving to ensure accuracy and compliance with guest preferences.
    • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth order execution.
  5. Table Maintenance:

    • Monitor and maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables.
    • Clear dishes, utensils, and glassware promptly to ensure a clean and organized dining area.
  6. Billing and Payment:

    • Present accurate and timely bills to guests.
    • Process payments, including handling cash and providing change.
  7. Team Collaboration:

    • Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
    • Assist colleagues during busy periods to enhance overall efficiency.
  8. Adherence to Health and Safety Standards:

    • Follow hygiene and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
    • Handle food and beverages in accordance with safety protocols.
