New job vacancy as a Ream Leader- Transportation in Dubai. Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab Residences is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to lead our Transportation team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and seamless transportation operations of the property, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Serve as a role model for drivers, demonstrating exemplary punctuality, professionalism, and guest service. Foster a positive team environment and ensure adherence to Jumeirah standards.
• Guest Transportation: Optimize driver allocation to meet guest transportation needs promptly and efficiently. Monitor vehicle movement to prevent delays and ensure timely guest pickups and drop-offs.
• Operational Efficiency: Implement and maintain accurate trip logging, including mileage and destination details. Ensure vehicles are prepared in advance for guest bookings.
• Administrative Duties: Conduct regular shift handovers, including cash float, keys, and communication devices. Monitor arrival and departure schedules, coordinating with the team for optimal resource allocation.
• Route Planning: Develop efficient transportation schedules to maximize driver utilization for airport transfers and other guest trips within the UAE.
