Manager – Transportation

New job vacancy as a Transportation Manager in Dubai. Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to lead our Transportation team. As the Transportation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the department’s operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and optimal fleet management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Oversee daily transportation operations, including reservations, vehicle maintenance, driver performance, and financial management.
• Guest Experience: Deliver exceptional guest service by ensuring timely and reliable transportation, addressing guest needs, and monitoring guest satisfaction.
• Financial Management: Manage transportation budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure accurate billing and charging.
• Fleet Management: Maintain a high standard of vehicle upkeep, implement preventive maintenance programs, and manage vehicle damage claims.
• Team Leadership: Develop and lead a high-performing transportation team, providing training, coaching, and performance management.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures, monitor performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.
