Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end month-end closing for multiple entities, ensuring timely and accurate journal entries, reconciliations, and complete audit-ready documentation. You will also prepare and reconcile balance sheet schedules and P&L reports, including variance analysis with clear explanations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or CA. With 5-8 years of accounting experience, preferably in the shipping or maritime industry, you will have strong hands-on experience in month-end closing with full supporting schedules. You will also have experience in VAT preparation and filing, as well as experience in multi-entity and multi-currency accounting environments.
