ENOC is seeking a dedicated Collection Supervisor to lead their collections efforts within the Lubes Sales & Marketing business in Dubai. This vital role focuses on overseeing and executing all collection activities to ensure the timely recovery of receivables from both external and internal markets. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in improving Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), mitigating credit exposure, and fostering a healthy cash flow by expertly managing collection operations, performing account reconciliations, accurately allocating payments, and resolving discrepancies in strict accordance with corporate policies. - Supervise and coordinate daily collections operations for outstanding customer accounts.
- Ensure timely and accurate collection of overdue payments according to credit terms.
- Manage customer accounts, including proactive communication and monitoring credit limits.
- Oversee reconciliation of customer accounts and accurate allocation of payments.
- Supervise the resolution of invoice-related issues and customer disputes.
- Liaise with legal and external collectors for delinquent account management.
- Maintain accurate records of all collections and communications for audit purposes.
- Analyze aging reports and generate collection performance reports for management.
- Ensure adherence to corporate credit and collection policies and recommend process improvements.
