New job vacancy as Senior Executive Digital Marketing in Dubai. Madinat Jumeirah Resort is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented digital marketing leader to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving online presence, traffic acquisition, and revenue generation for our prestigious resort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans to enhance Madinat Jumeirah's online presence and promote MJ Hotels across various channels.
  • Traffic Acquisition & Optimization: Analyze and optimize traffic acquisition strategies through Jumeirah.com, OTAs, and other channels throughout the customer journey, across all devices, and in multiple languages.
  • Website Management: Take ownership of the Madinat Jumeirah website content using a CMS. Ensure its accuracy, consistent brand voice (TOV), and alignment with brand standards.
  • Campaign Management: Manage paid search & display advertising campaigns, focusing on optimizing performance and maximizing organic traffic through SEO best practices.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize Jumeirah’s Business Insights, Google Analytics, and other tools to analyze website performance, track key metrics (BOBs, demand trends), and generate informative reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Conversion Optimization: Implement CRO strategies and personalization tools to improve the online guest journey within the Madinat Jumeirah website.
  • Content Creation & Management: Collaborate on crafting engaging digital content in various languages to target different customer segments.
  • Campaign Deployment & Launch: Oversee the development and launch of effective digital marketing campaigns across various deployment channels.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitor research to gain insights into online marketing practices and develop strategies to strengthen Madinat Jumeirah's online presence and competitive advantage.
