Limar Technical Services LLC is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEP Coordinator-Construction to join their dynamic team in Dubai. This permanent position requires a professional with extensive UAE experience, particularly in luxury villas and high-rise building projects, who can adeptly coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV works. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in harmonizing these services with civil, architectural, structural, and authority requirements, ensuring project execution remains on schedule and within budget. Key responsibilities include reviewing designs, managing installations, preparing crucial documentation, conducting thorough site inspections, and ensuring unwavering compliance with local regulations from authorities like DEWA, DCD, and DM. We are looking for an individual proficient in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, and MS Office, possessing exceptional coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities, capable of thriving under pressure.   • Coordinate MEP services with architectural, structural, and interior designs.
  • Review and monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and ELV installations.
  • Prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and RFIs.
  • Conduct site inspections ensuring compliance with project specifications and UAE authority standards.
  • Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams for smooth execution.
  • Ensure strict compliance with DEWA, DCD, DM, ADDC, Civil Defense, and local authority regulations.
  • Resolve technical clashes efficiently through coordination meetings and BIM/AutoCAD reviews.
  • Monitor work progress, productivity, quality, and safety requirements on-site.
  • Support testing & commissioning activities and finalize handover documentation.
