This pivotal role involves the meticulous sourcing, production, and documentation of all furniture, fixtures, fittings, and interior finishes for a varied portfolio encompassing commercial, hospitality, and luxury residential projects. Reporting to project team leaders, you will be instrumental in bringing beautifully coordinated interiors to life, from initial concept development through to final on-site installation. - Sourcing and specifying furniture, fixtures, and finishes for diverse projects.
- Developing detailed FF&E schedules, specifications, and budget tracking.
- Preparing AutoCAD drawings including furniture layouts and installation details.
- Creating visual presentations using Photoshop and SketchUp.
- Coordinating FF&E installation on-site and managing snagging processes.
- Liaising with contractors, engineers, and site teams for seamless integration.
- Managing FF&E delivery schedules and close-out documentation.
- Attending client meetings and design reviews, presenting FF&E proposals.
- Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers in the UAE market.
