Description
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Office Assistant (Office Boy / Office Girl) to join our team. In this role, you will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to help keep our office running smoothly and efficiently.
You will be responsible for handling calls, greeting visitors, maintaining files and documents, and assisting with daily office operations and errands.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming phone calls and other communications professionally.
Greet and assist visitors and clients with courtesy.
Maintain and organize filing systems, records, and documents.
Update paperwork, manage databases, and perform word processing.
Keep office areas clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Run office errands such as delivering documents, collecting mail, or arranging supplies.
Assist with travel arrangements, including booking accommodations and reservations when required.
Support management and staff with general administrative tasks.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in an office environment is a plus.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable, organized, and able to multitask.
Positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed.
