This critical role is designed to provide extensive administrative support, ensuring the seamless execution of daily office operations and the efficient flow of work within the head office. The successful candidate will expertly manage various office procedures, handle essential paperwork, meticulously monitor and maintain office and pantry supply inventories, coordinate all deliveries, and adeptly resolve office-related inquiries from staff, thereby acting as a cornerstone for the company's operational efficiency.   • Performs general clerical duties including typing, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
  • Monitors and maintains stock levels of pantry supplies and office essentials.
  • Assists in the collection, distribution, and dispatch of payment vouchers, couriers, and bills.
  • Assists and facilitates the supply and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Supports filing and other document control activities for various departments.
  • Gathers, enters, and updates data to maintain internal files, records, and databases.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all documents and sensitive information received.
  • Coordinates incoming and outgoing courier services, tracking timely delivery of packages.
  • Addresses and resolves office-related queries from staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
