Elite Butlers Hospitality Solutions LLP is seeking a highly organized and dependable Executive Assistant (EA) to provide comprehensive support to the Director in managing both professional and personal responsibilities. This crucial role ensures the smooth day-to-day operations, effective coordination, and efficient time management for the Director, all while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism. The ideal candidate will manage the Director's calendar, coordinate complex travel arrangements, handle all correspondence, and prepare essential meeting documentation. Additionally, responsibilities extend to personal lifestyle management, including coordinating with household staff and vendors, and managing personal reservations and events. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at acting as a key point of contact and ensuring seamless information flow. A strong capacity for organization, multitasking, documentation, and problem-solving is essential, along with a high degree of reliability and discretion. - Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the Director.
- Manage the Director's complex calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and calls, with professionalism.
- Assist with personal scheduling, errands, and lifestyle management, maintaining confidentiality.
- Act as a crucial point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings (MOMs), and track key tasks and deadlines.
- Maintain organized records, files, and sensitive documents with utmost discretion.
- Require 3-6 years of experience as an EA/PA supporting senior leadership.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
