Description

New job vacancy as a Customer Service in Dubai. We're looking for friendly and helpful individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their inquiries and providing excellent service to ensure their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers warmly and assist them with their questions, concerns, and requests.
2. Listen actively to understand customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions or information.
3. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
4. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively and courteously.
5. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
6. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, even in challenging situations.
7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
8. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
9. Stay knowledgeable about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others.
3. Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure.
4. Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software (training provided if necessary).
5. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
6. High school diploma or equivalent.
