Furniture Helper

New job vacancy as a Furniture Helper din Dubai. We are looking for a Furniture Helper to assist in the manufacturing and assembly of furniture pieces. As a Furniture Helper, you will work alongside experienced craftsmen to support various tasks involved in the production process. Your role will involve helping with lifting, moving materials, and ensuring the workspace is organized and tidy.

Responsibilities:

• Assist craftsmen with the assembly of furniture pieces according to specifications.
• Transport materials and components to workstations using hand trucks or other equipment.
• Help in lifting and positioning heavy items such as furniture frames or large panels.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by sweeping, removing debris, and disposing of waste materials.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Support craftsmen with any other tasks as needed to ensure smooth production flow.

Skills Required:

• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
• Physical strength and stamina to lift and move heavy furniture pieces and materials.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in assembly and finishing tasks.
• Basic understanding of hand tools and power tools used in furniture manufacturing.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in furniture assembly or manufacturing preferred but not required.
• Training in manual handling and workplace safety is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Stamina and endurance to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
