Fabricator

New job vacancy as a Fabricator in Dubai. We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team. As a Fabricator, you will be responsible for crafting and assembling metal structures and components according to specifications. Your primary focus will be on welding, cutting, bending, and shaping metal materials to create finished products.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate fabrication methods and dimensions.
• Measure, cut, and shape metal components using hand and power tools such as saws, shears, and grinders.
• Weld or join metal pieces together using various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, arc welding).
• Ensure accuracy and quality of fabricated parts by inspecting them for flaws or defects.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines and project requirements.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of metal fabrication techniques and processes.
• Experience with operating a variety of fabrication tools and equipment.
• Skilled in welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in metal fabrication or a related field preferred.
• Certification in welding or metal fabrication is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy metal materials and equipment.
• Stamina and endurance to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
