About the Job:

They're currently seeking an Associate Director of Food and Beverage for Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort. The main responsibilities include:

Developing business plans and budgets for food and beverage outlets.
Analyzing daily reports to monitor profitability and suggest improvements.
Coordinating policy implementation and administrative functions.
Monitoring service standards and competitor trends.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Maintaining effective communication between departments.
About You:

The ideal candidate should have:

10 to 12 years of experience in managing F&B operations in the hotel industry, including 2 years in a senior F&B management role in a luxury hotel.
Experience in a large Conference & Events Hotel.
