About the Job:

We're looking for an Engineering Team Leader to join Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. Your main responsibilities will include:

Leading and supervising a team of maintenance personnel, assigning tasks, and ensuring efficient work.
Overseeing the maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in the hotel, including HVAC, elevators, and fire safety equipment.
Developing and implementing a preventive maintenance program to keep all equipment in top condition.
Troubleshooting and coordinating repairs to minimize downtime and ensure guest safety.
Managing relationships with external vendors for specialized repairs.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and conducting regular inspections.
Providing training opportunities for team members.
Responding to emergencies promptly.
Collaborating with other departments to address guest requests.
About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in maintenance or engineering, preferably in hospitality.
Strong communication skills.
Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems.
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
