As an Assistant Manager at Nobu by the Beach, you'll help the Restaurant General Manager ensure the smooth operation and profitability of the restaurant. Your job includes training staff, managing schedules, and ensuring we follow company procedures. You'll also focus on reducing costs, retaining employees, and delivering excellent service to our guests.

The ideal candidate has luxury hotel experience, preferably 3 to 5 years, and international experience is a plus. Leadership skills, customer focus, and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Working at The Royal gives you an excellent opportunity to grow in a vibrant city with diverse cultures.
