Assistant Operations Manager

As an Assistant Operations Manager for our Imperial Club, you help oversee everything happening in our lounges and lobby. You'll ensure guests are happy from arrival until they leave. This means assisting in training our team, organizing schedules, and ensuring we follow all our rules and procedures. Most importantly, you'll work hard to ensure every guest has a fantastic experience.

You should have worked in fancy hotels for at least five years to be perfect for this role. You need at least one year of experience in a Club Lounge or a similar role at an Assistant Manager level in a luxury hotel. You should also know about hotel rooms, the front desk, and food service. Handling a busy environment and keeping guests happy is super important.
