Now, about the role:
As a Sous Chef Central Production, you'll work under the Chef De Cuisine, managing the kitchen team to ensure consistent, high-quality food that delights our guests. You'll also ensure safety guidelines are followed and coordinate food and supplies, budgeting, and menu preparation. Suppose the Chef de Cuisine isn't available. In that case, you'll handle daily briefings and monthly meetings to keep everything running smoothly.
What we're looking for:
The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Catering and at least five years of kitchen experience. Experience with different cuisines or a specific style related to the job is a plus, along with leadership experience, especially in a 5-star hotel environment.
