Now, about the job:
As an Executive Sous Chef, you assist the resort's Executive Chef in leading and organizing everything to the highest standards. This includes maintaining cleanliness, managing supplies, coordinating with other departments, and training staff. You'll also need to ensure that our service standards are met by supervising and motivating the team.
What we're looking for:
The ideal candidate should either have a diploma in catering or five years of experience in a 5-star international hotel, with at least two years in a similar position or higher. We encourage you to apply for this unique opportunity.
