New job vacancy for the position of B2B sales executive in our tourism company. We are seeking a motivated and experienced B2B Sales Executive to join our dynamic team within the tourism industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with business-to-business (B2B) clients, including travel agencies, corporate clients, event planners, and other partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of the tourism sector, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential B2B clients within the tourism industry, including travel agencies, corporate accounts, event planners, and other relevant partners.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new clients and expand our business presence within the B2B market segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts, fostering trust and loyalty through proactive communication and personalized service.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and consultations with clients to understand their business objectives, preferences, and requirements for travel and tourism services.
- Present our company's offerings, including travel packages, accommodations, transportation services, and experiential activities, tailored to meet the specific needs and interests of each client.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients, ensuring alignment with company policies and revenue targets while maximizing value for both parties.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery and execution of services for clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape within the tourism sector, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and client feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and generate new business leads.
