Description

New job vacancy for the position of B2B sales executive in our tourism company. We are seeking a motivated and experienced B2B Sales Executive to join our dynamic team within the tourism industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with business-to-business (B2B) clients, including travel agencies, corporate clients, event planners, and other partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of the tourism sector, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and target potential B2B clients within the tourism industry, including travel agencies, corporate accounts, event planners, and other relevant partners.
  2. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new clients and expand our business presence within the B2B market segment.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts, fostering trust and loyalty through proactive communication and personalized service.
  4. Conduct thorough needs assessments and consultations with clients to understand their business objectives, preferences, and requirements for travel and tourism services.
  5. Present our company's offerings, including travel packages, accommodations, transportation services, and experiential activities, tailored to meet the specific needs and interests of each client.
  6. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients, ensuring alignment with company policies and revenue targets while maximizing value for both parties.
  7. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery and execution of services for clients.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape within the tourism sector, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  9. Track and analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and client feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
  10. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and generate new business leads.
