Barista

Latest job vacancy for the position of barista in our organization. Transportation and duty meal is provided. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team and provide exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, as well as maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, according to established recipes and standards.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering any questions about the menu.
3. Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
4. Ensure that the coffee station and surrounding areas are clean, organized, and stocked with supplies at all times.
5. Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic workspace.
6. Handle cash and process transactions accurately using a POS system.
7. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management when supplies need to be replenished.
8. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and provide support during busy periods.
9. Maintain knowledge of current coffee trends, products, and promotions to upsell and enhance the customer experience.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
