As an Office girl, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily administrative functions of our office. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support:

    • Assist with general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and manage office supplies.
  2. Receptionist Duties:

    • Welcome visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
    • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
  3. Office Organization:

    • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of common areas, including conference rooms and the kitchen.
    • Ensure office equipment is in working order and coordinate repairs or maintenance when needed.
  4. Appointment Scheduling:

    • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for office staff.
