As a SIM Card Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling SIM cards to customers, ensuring they have access to our comprehensive range of mobile services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a strong understanding of mobile technology.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement:

   • Greet customers and assist them in selecting the appropriate SIM card based on their needs and preferences.
   • Provide information on available mobile plans, promotions, and additional services.

2. Sales:

   • Actively engage in selling SIM cards and related products to achieve individual and team sales targets.
   • Utilize effective sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell additional services.

3. Product Knowledge:

   • Stay informed about the features and benefits of various SIM card options and mobile plans.
   • Provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information about our telecommunications services.

4. Documentation:

   • Complete necessary paperwork for SIM card activations and adhere to all relevant documentation procedures.
   • Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies related to SIM card sales.

5. Customer Support:

   • Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot basic issues, and provide assistance with SIM card activation.
   • Collaborate with customer support teams to resolve more complex concerns.
