Description

The Ticketing & Reservation Staff is responsible for handling flight bookings, ticket issuance, re-issuance, cancellations, and amendments while providing excellent customer service. The role involves coordinating with airlines, assisting customers with travel requirements, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of reservations and ticketing transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage flight reservations, bookings, ticket issuance, and rebooking via GDS (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre).

  • Provide customers with accurate information on fares, schedules, travel rules, and airline policies.

  • Handle ticket cancellations, refunds, reissues, date changes, and fare recalculations.

  • Assist customers via phone, email, or in-person regarding travel queries and reservation support.

  • Coordinate with airlines to resolve booking issues, schedule changes, or special service requests (SSR).

  • Process visas, travel insurance, and other related services (if applicable).

  • Maintain customer records, invoices, and transaction reports.

  • Ensure all bookings comply with travel regulations, fare rules, and company policies.

  • Provide professional and courteous service to clients at all times.

  • Promote company packages, promotions, and travel deals.
