The ideal candidate will be adept at generating new business leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets. Responsibilities include conducting strategic sales calls, developing account penetration plans, performing regular account reviews, and actively networking within the local business community. You will be instrumental in negotiating contracts, maximizing revenue through up-selling and cross-selling, and maintaining a competitive edge by monitoring market trends and competitor activities. - Drive sales for the Corporate and Long Stay segments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Generate new business leads and identify new market opportunities.
- Conduct site inspections and entertainment meetings with potential accounts.
- Negotiate contracts and secure profitable rates for the hotel.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Upsell and cross-sell hotel services and facilities.
- Utilize Opera PMS and Microsoft Office proficiently.
