This pivotal role involves collaborating closely with the Director of Marketing to elevate the hotel's brand awareness and drive revenue across various departments including Rooms, Restaurants, Spa, and Events. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic advertising, while also managing full-funnel strategies, keyword research, and budget allocation. Key responsibilities include overseeing content accuracy on OTA platforms like Booking.com and Expedia, managing spa and restaurant booking systems, and running lead-generation campaigns for MICE and weddings. Additionally, the role entails growing e-gift and e-shop sales, improving SEO strategy, and executing WhatsApp marketing campaigns.   • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across diverse platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic).
  • Drive campaign performance for Rooms, Restaurants, Brunches, and Spa services.
  • Manage full-funnel digital marketing execution, including keyword research and budget allocation.
  • Oversee content accuracy and optimization on major OTA platforms.
  • Manage spa booking platforms and execute targeted digital campaigns.
  • Run and optimize lead-generation campaigns for MICE, weddings, and events.
  • Grow e-gift and e-shop sales through daily optimizations and campaign execution.
  • Improve SEO strategy and oversee microsite updates and UX enhancements.
  • Produce weekly/monthly digital performance reports across all key channels.
