Al-Futtaim Private Company LLC is seeking a dynamic Online Merchandiser to join their Fashion Division's e-commerce team in Dubai, UAE. Reporting to the Head of E-commerce, this pivotal role involves managing the complete digital trading performance for a diverse portfolio of fashion brands across their Shopify platforms, with potential expansion into other GCC markets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commercial acumen and the ability to tailor trading logic, content standards, and promotional strategies for brands ranging from value-led to premium. Key responsibilities include end-to-end catalogue management, ensuring product accuracy and optimal on-site search, developing and executing engaging promotional campaigns, and meticulously analysing trading performance using tools like Google Analytics.   • Manage the end-to-end digital trading performance for a portfolio of fashion brands on Shopify.
  • Own product setup, including data, imagery, pricing, and categorization, across multiple brand platforms.
  • Develop and execute promotional campaigns, GWP mechanics, and seasonal events aligned with brand calendars.
  • Analyze trading performance using Google Analytics and internal BI dashboards to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with brand teams, buying, creative, and marketing counterparts to ensure alignment.
  • Publish and manage digital collateral, including banners, landing pages, and campaign content.
  • Conduct regular catalogue audits and monitor stock levels to ensure accuracy and timely replenishment.
  • Prepare weekly trading reports and present performance insights to brand stakeholders.
  • Support new digital experiences, personalization initiatives, and on-site optimization projects.
