This pivotal role involves supporting the development and execution of the Workspace Experience Strategy across your region, ensuring seamless delivery of services and driving operational effectiveness. You will leverage data insights to enhance the global strategy, stay abreast of industry trends, and collaborate with regional leadership and client stakeholders to align on workplace experience objectives. Responsibilities include analyzing regional data, developing team capabilities, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and managing key stakeholder relationships to meet evolving business needs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills, with at least 5 years of leadership experience in corporate, operations, or hospitality environments. - Support the creation and roll out of the Workspace Experience Strategy for the assigned region.
- Drive adoption of KPIs to assess performance and ROI of strategic projects.
- Analyze regional data to identify trends, best practices, and areas for improvement.
- Develop regional Workspace & Guest Experience Team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships to understand business needs and ensure alignment.
- Oversee and guide Workspace Experience Leads and Ambassadors across multiple markets.
- Possess excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Requires at least 5 years of leadership experience in corporate, operations, or hospitality.
- Demonstrate a commitment to service excellence and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
