Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, guide, and coordinate the daily activities of cleaning staff and room attendants.
Conduct inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met.
Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and operational best practices.
Oversee the proper use and maintenance of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Create staff schedules, assign daily tasks, and manage workflow.
Report any maintenance concerns or repair needs promptly.
Ensure consistent compliance with all hotel hygiene and cleanliness policies.
