S G COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity operations in their Dubai office. This dynamic role requires a proactive individual with 1-5 years of relevant experience to manage critical IT functions including Microsoft 365 administration, user and access control, and end-user support for devices and connectivity. The IT Manager will also be instrumental in ensuring robust cybersecurity measures, managing backups, incident response, and business continuity. Key responsibilities include maintaining IT documentation, asset control, systems governance, and coordinating with external IT vendors. Experience in real estate, facilities, hospitality, or multi-site environments is highly desirable. - Manage Microsoft 365 administration, including users, licenses, and access control.
- Provide end-user support for devices, connectivity, and daily IT operations.
