Kempinski Hotel is seeking a motivated and dynamic Talent Acquisition Management Trainee to join their esteemed team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates or students looking to fulfill internship requirements to gain hands-on experience in a global luxury hotel brand. The trainee will play a vital role in supporting the Global Director of Talent and the broader HR team by assisting with recruitment processes, building talent pipelines using our ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, and maintaining strong candidate relationships. Beyond recruitment, this role involves supporting employee engagement initiatives, contributing to employer brand communications by helping produce the HR Newsletter and internal announcements, and maintaining the Employee Handbook. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field, coupled with exceptional English communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva.
