Description
Nestlé is seeking a dynamic L&D Specialist & Coffee Ambassador to join their team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This exciting role involves leading the Learning & Development strategy with a strong focus on coffee expertise and capability building. The successful candidate will design and execute annual L&D strategies, deliver engaging training sessions, and monitor training effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement. You will play a crucial part in fostering a vibrant coffee culture across the organization, developing the internal Coffee Bard network, and supporting employees in enhancing their coffee knowledge and sensory skills. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, who can effectively manage stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally. - Lead the Learning & Development strategy with a focus on coffee expertise.
- Design and execute annual L&D strategies for capability building.
- Deliver training sessions, workshops, and train-the-trainer initiatives.
- Foster a strong coffee culture and develop the internal Coffee Bard network.
- Act as the local sensory referent and ensure high tasting standards.
- Ensure accuracy of coffee-related training materials and adapt global content.
- Act as a local ambassador of Nespresso coffee expertise internally and externally.
- Represent Nespresso in workshops, events, and external engagements.
- Track and report on KPIs related to training and coffee expertise initiatives.
