SmartStay is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead its human resources function in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing all HR operations, ensuring strict compliance with UAE labor laws and local regulations, and cultivating a vibrant and positive organizational culture. The HR Manager will spearhead recruitment, talent development, performance management, employee relations, and engagement initiatives, all while maintaining a clear and effective team structure. The ideal candidate will partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overarching business objectives, contributing to SmartStay's growth through strategic workforce planning and talent acquisition. We are looking for a proactive individual with a minimum of three years of HR management experience, preferably within the hospitality or holiday homes sector, who possesses a strong command of UAE labor law and a proven track record in essential HR functions.
