The successful candidate will be responsible for processing End of Service Benefits, calculating monthly staff commissions, and meticulously managing all MOL/MOI government transactions. Key duties also include accurate monthly payroll processing, maintaining employee Time & Attendance records, and coordinating effectively with internal departments to resolve queries. Candidates must possess strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, extensive experience in payroll and EOSB calculations, and familiarity with MOL/MOI systems. Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, coupled with a high degree of accuracy and organizational abilities, are essential for this role.   • Process and manage End of Service Benefits (EOSB) in accordance with UAE Labour Law.
  • Prepare and calculate monthly staff commissions accurately and within deadlines.
  • Handle all MOL/MOI processing and related government transactions and documentation.
  • Manage monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely salary disbursement.
  • Maintain and calculate employee Time & Attendance records, including overtime, leave, and deductions.
  • Monitor and manage payroll timelines including document cut-off period, processing period, and submission period.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve payroll and employee-related queries efficiently.
  • Maintain confidential employee records and payroll information.
