Purchasing Manager

This pivotal role involves overseeing the sourcing, purchasing, contract management, and supplier relationships for all goods and services essential to hotel operations, from rooms and food & beverage to engineering and general operations. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the best value for money while maintaining stringent quality standards, driving operational efficiency, and effectively managing inventory levels to contribute directly to the hotel's profitability. You will develop and implement a strategic procurement plan aligned with brand guidelines and local market insights, negotiate favorable terms with suppliers, and cultivate strong, high-performing vendor relationships.
